Terms of payment for SMS parking

This service allows the payment of parking at public parking lots in the Town of Vodice, which is charged by Gradsko poduzeće d.o.o. Prices, zones, working hours and time constraints are determined by the Town of Vodice, and all public parking lots with this service have a mobile parking mark.

Paying parking with SMS is possible only with CROATIAN mobile operators ( Hrvatski telekom, A1, TELE 2 ).

If you are not using one of these mobile operators, to pay for parking, you can use PAYDO application for smartphones to pay for parking, or on parking machine.

End user pays the parking by sending the SMS to the mobile parking number of the zone.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

The SMS message initiating the parking payment must be in the form of: a vehicle registration mark without spaces, punctuation and Croatian characters (ČĆĐŠŽ to CCDSZ), only alphanumeric characters from the registration mark of the vehicle. For incorrect input of the registration mark, the end user is held responsible.

CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT

The end user pays parking in the parking zone by sending one SMS message to the mobile parking number of the corresponding zone and within two minutes receives a return SMS message with all data on his mobile phone as a confirmation of payment. If the GSM operator does not receive confirmation of receipt of the feedback message to the end user’s mobile phone within that time, the parking fee with this service has failed and the end-user account will not be charged. The end user will be sent a text message informing him that the payment has failed and this message annuls all previous messages.
New payment and extension of parking: Any new parking charge by mobile parking service does not cancel the old payment if it is a change of the zone. However, if it is the extension of the parking, it is valid until the last extension.

Control of parking is carried out by the official Company controllers.

WORKING HOURS

Parking is available 24 hours a day, but parking is charged according to working hours.

COMPLAINTS

The right to a complaint is obtained by the end user if he registered parking with this service and received a return SMS message within two minutes but still received the daily parking ticket. The end user agrees to present a return SMS message in the event of a complaint. All complaints are to be settled by the Town Company d.o.o. in agreement with the end user.
